You’ll learn the full Reformer repertoire from foundational to advanced, with a strong focus on spring mechanics, load management, and precision-based coaching. Our approach blends applied anatomy with practical cueing, hands-on corrections, and real-world programming so you can teach safely and effectively across a wide range of bodies and needs—including pain, injury, and recovery considerations. Training includes practical internship hours inside our active studio, with observation and teaching experience on real clients and real equipment—so you graduate ready to step onto the floor and lead with clarity, confidence, and care.
