Matwork Pilates Instructor Certification is a 95-hour, in-person training for people who want to teach Pilates with real skill—not just lead a workout. This is where you learn the full mat system from the ground up: 60+ exercises from Foundation through Advanced, taught in a way that makes the method make sense—so you know exactly what to teach, how to progress it, and why it works. You’ll train with applied anatomy woven into every exercise, so you can spot what’s happening in a body and make smart choices in real time. You’ll graduate able to cue clearly, correct confidently, and coach effectively, with a deep toolkit of modifications and progressions for pain, injury, asymmetry, and the realities clients bring into the room. You’ll also learn sequencing and class design—how to build classes that flow, challenge intelligently, and leave clients feeling better every time. Your observation and teaching hours happen through a practical internship inside Unify Pilates Calgary, so you’re not learning in theory—you’re learning inside a working studio, with real clients and real supervision.
